Damage from flooding and heavy rains in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa has been extensive. There have been at least 25 fatalities and several injuries.
Four fatalities associated with the rain were reported in the Punjabi province’s Khushab and Hafizabad districts. Southern areas have been impacted by strong storms that have destroyed homes, trees, and electricity lines. As a result, numerous people are stranded.
Strong winds and storms caused 21 fatalities and more than 140 injuries in Bannu, Lakki Marwat, and Karak. The primary accidents were caused by the fall of walls and roofs.
